HAVE YOU GOT SOCIALITIS?
Thursday, November 6th, 2008Attracted to bright lights? Allergic to staying at home? Love Monkeys?
Then you could have Socialitis. This rare disease only affects the most sociable of people, specifically those who enjoy going out to cool events in their city, then have the compulsive obsessive need to blog about what they got up to on a blog site. These suffers are often called bloggers and if any of this sounds like you, please don’t worry, help is here.
100% UrbanGuide and Vice have teamed up to give seven bloggers from seven UK cities the opportunity to get help. You’ll be prescribed with a monkey (that’s £500) and a Nissan QASHQAI (with a driver) to spend the next 3 months blogging about the coolest events in your city.
The blogger who shows the most promise will receive therapy writing for The Guardian and Viceland websites, plus land a regular gig as lead correspondent for 100% UrbanGuide.
